Why We Exist
Stronger Communities Begin With Shared Direction
Residential communities face many of the same challenges: municipal services, infrastructure, insurance costs, vendor performance, storm readiness, safety, traffic, zoning, governance, budgeting, and resident communication. Too often, each community is left to navigate those issues alone.
The Golden Coast Residential Coalition was created to change that. By bringing communities together, we help amplify resident voices, encourage practical collaboration, and create a more informed, prepared, and connected residential landscape across Florida's Golden Coast.

The Coalition's Core Priorities
Unified Advocacy
We help residential communities speak with greater clarity and coordination when engaging with governmental entities, municipal departments, public officials, and other stakeholders on issues that affect quality of life.
Shared Knowledge
Board members, managers, professionals, and resident leaders all benefit when useful experience is shared. The coalition encourages informed discussion around budgeting, compliance, governance, resident concerns, vendor oversight, and long-term planning.
Preparedness & Resilience
From storm readiness to safety procedures and maintenance planning, the coalition promotes practical preparedness strategies that help communities operate more confidently and respond more effectively.
Vendor Awareness
Communities often face similar vendor, pricing, service, and accountability issues. The coalition provides a forum for comparing experiences, identifying service trends, and becoming more informed when evaluating essential service categories.
Coalition Updates
The coalition is developing an email update and newsletter system to share useful information, area news, preparedness reminders, community events, and coalition announcements.
